Day 1 will be facilitated by Debi Garvin, MS, RQAP-GLP and will include the latest GLP issues such as managing multi-site studies, monitoring contractors, developing protocols the mitigate and minimize risks when conducting multi site and multi discipline studies, and latest FDA issues and findings.

Monica Cahilly MS RQAP-GLP, a leading expert in Part 11 compliance and Computer Systems Validation will host Day 2 and discuss the latest developments in electronic records and reviewing/auditing electronic data. She will also be discussing Red Apple II and the latest developments regarding Part 11 in relation to electronic data capture and electronic records. Monica presents an in-depth but understandable solution to many issues companies face today.

And finally on Day 3, Chris Tudan Ph.D. , will share his expertise and in-depth knowledge in the field of bioanalytical chemistry on Day 3.   Dr. Tudan incorporates the current guidances and white papers in presenting an in-depth approach to bioanalytical method validation and associated reports, sample analysis, reviewing electronic data, and writing comprehensive bioanalytical study plans and reports – for both GLP and GCP studies.

How to Register

Complete the registration form and return with the fee to Debi Garvin, WCQTI, 4730 London Drive, Mt. Hood, OR 97041 at least 2 weeks prior to the seminar start date. You may also fax your registration to (541) 352-7121. Payment must be made by check, travelers check, cash, or credit card prior to, or at the beginning of the first day of attendance. Discounts are provided for companies with more than one registration. Special group rates are also available. Cancellation Policy

Please notify us of any cancellation at least 10 days prior to the scheduled seminar to obtain a full refund. We realize that most people canceling at the last minute have genuine emergencies. If you must cancel, we would appreciate an effort to find someone to take your place (due to meal guarantees, printing of training manuals, etc.) However, full refunds will be given with no cancellation fee imposed. WCQTI reserves the right to cancel any seminar not meeting minimum enrollment.

Hotel and Seminar Information

The Seminars will be held at the Henderson’s Wharf in Baltimore, MD, where a very limited number of sleeping rooms have been reserved for $199.00/night. If you are booking a room call the Inn at 1-410-522-777 and ask for the Triple Play rate. The hotel is located at 1000 Fell Point Gateway Blvd. The hotel does not provide transportation from the airport so you will need to take a taxi or shuttle. Seminars will start at 8:00 each day and end between 4:30 and 5:00. Dress is East Coast business casual.

Other Information

The training fee includes a continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch, and a  CD copy of the training manual.
